55th Annual Grammy Awards: Polished Men’s Looks Trending on the Red Carpet

The 55th annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles proved that styling is not just for women.  Male musicians arrived on the red carpet looking polished and ready for a night of music and awards.

While rock star Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters kept his signature long, shaggy hair, other musicians stepped up to the plate, showing off their trendy side.  From the red carpet to the stage, the hottest style for men was all about the side comb.

Looking dashing in Tom Ford, Justin Timberlake is pictured above with a classic side comb hairstyle.  Aside from his musical talent, Justin Timberlake is known for his curly fro that is kept smooth, in place, and combed back to the side for his Grammy comeback.  To achieve a look similar to Timberlake, try Gellac by Bumble & Bumble for a sure hold that will stay sleek all night long.

Here is Adam Levine on the red carpet showing off his version of the side comb with a little volume.  Levine’s hair is kept short on the sides and longer on top, allowing for a great style that can be blown back.  Who said that hairspray is for women only?  Try out Sheer Lacquer by Shu Uemura for a great finish to keep this look in place without feeling weighed down.

Pictured above is Grammy winning artist Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons with his rockstar side part. Looking fresh after performing for a Grammy win, Mumford has his hair kept short on the sides and heavy on the top.  His look may not be as polished, but it is still trendy and modern while styled with texture.  To achieve this look try Bumble & Bumble’s Sumotech for rockin’ texture with weightless hold.

Women aren’t the only ones looking glamorous for the red carpet. With these variations of the side comb, the male musicians are definitely setting a trend for looking sleek and classy.
